It gives us great pleasure to support the Onyx and Breezy Foundation.  The foundation was formed in 2004 by Mark and Wanda Shefts to honor the memory of their two labrador retrievers. This non-profit foundation assists animals in a variety of ways. The foundation lends financial support to:

·Funding of equipment for medical facilities.
·Funding for much needed research.
·Medical treatment for animals where hardship is present.
·Funding for personal assistance and therapy dogs.
·Other endeavors that benefit the welfare of animals.

100% of your contributions to the Foundation will be directed to fulfill the goals of the Foundation which utilizes only volunteer staff.
All administrative expenses of the Foundation are paid for the Foundation through donations from the Shefts family.  All fundraising expenses are paid for the Foundation through donations from the Shefts family and other corporate and individual sponsors.  The foundation is a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization.

Shiny Objects supports the Foundation by devoting part of our store to Adria's Creations, an extraordinary line of jewelry designed, created and donated by Adria Marcus.  Adria is the sister of Wanda Shefts (co-founder) and the Adria's Creations line was born from Adria's desire to expand the donation potential for the Foundation.

There are also numerous "Thank You" gifts for cash donations of specific amounts.  These gifts include leather bags, retractable leash/flash light units, wine openers, and travel bags.
